ON THE WAY BETWEEN THE DUNES AND THE COASTAL PINE FOREST
On the occasion of „Camminanatura 2024“ organized by AIGAE, the Tourist Park of Cavallino Treporti offers free excursions with an environmental guide on 26 and 27 October to make the territory known and promote sustainable tourism.

Distance: 5 km
The coast of Cavallino Treporti, part of the Natura 2000 network, is composed of dunes and coastal pine forests, fragile ecosystems that host animal species adapted to these environments. Through the path, you will cross different habitats, from the embryonic dunes with pioneer plants, to those consolidated with junipers, ornielli and broadleaved typical of the coastal forest as overella and holm oak. An area of great biodiversity to protect and discover!
