Beach service available, parking , just 50 meters from the Junior Family Hotel and the Junior Depandance: Rose Residence is only 20 mt away from the beach and the Euro Seafront is the nearest to the beach. The Margherita apartments are for larger families and have 2 bathrooms and private outdoor area at about 100 meters away from the beach.

Easy and safe cycle-pedestrian routes to visit the whole area as a couple or with the family. Junior Family provides on request the bike service to its customers together with the indications for the numerous cycle paths to discover the forts “Path of War”, the Via degli Orti and the Via della Laguna Nord in Venice. The inauguration of the first section of the cycle path on the North Lagoon is scheduled for the beginning of July.

Junior Farm: from 2020 the Junior Family Resort campaign, cultivated personally by Riccardo, has been converted to Organic and will obtain certification within a few months. Fruit, vegetables typical of our territory, together with fresh eggs will be available at our InSaor restaurant and on request also for those wishing to cook independently. Guided tours of the farm on request for young and old.

2022 will be the third year in which the Junior Family Resort – Hotel & Apartments will present to our little guests and their families a weekly program of workshops, activities and events organized by professionals we have chosen for their ethics and philosophy of life:

Junior Suite
Newly renovated Suite, perfect for those who wish to combine home comfort with all the hotel services of a family-operated business.
The Suite has two rooms with a unique Italian design: a master double bedroom with bathroom with a large shower, the second room with a two-seater sofa and a small bathroom. Both rooms have a sea view balcony, television, air conditioning, usb plug, safe, minibar and telephone.
Superior
The Superior room completely renovated in 2020, set up with taste and refinement, designed to project our guests into a new holiday dimension. Spaces and furnishings have been designed and created by local artisans, through the wise selection of materials, with particular attention to warm and relaxing shades, whose tones are the typical expression of our Venetian lagoon. Our Superior rooms consist of a double bed and a sofa bed and can accommodate up to three people. The elegance of the bathroom is accentuated by the brightness of the refined glass wall. Each room has a balcony with side sea view and is equipped with all comforts: telephone, USB socket, safe and fridge.

All the rooms on our 3rd floor have been recently renovated, and all have a private balcony with seaview. All rooms have a telephone, satellite TV, Mini Bar, Hair dryer, safe and air conditioning. The Bar-Restaurant, the TV-room, Wi-Fi and the private parking lot make up the series of service offered by the Junior Family Hotel to its guests, in mind to make it a pleasant and relaxing holiday for them.

All customers of the Junior Family Resort will be able to enjoy the services and activities at the central structure of the Hotel: 24-hour reception, play area for adults and children, InSaor Bar and Restaurant (for breakfast, lunch, dinner, aperitifs or one afternoon snack) with organic products directly from our farm in conversion Organic Junior Farm, workshops for children and weekly events open to all.
Junior Family DEPANDANCE
For those who prefer independence, autonomy and the taste to choose their own rhythms, the “Junior Family Depandance” is the ideal solution at any time of the year. Large and comfortable apartments for 5 people, with two bedrooms, the kitchen (with microwave oven) and the bathroom a few meters from the private beach, immersed in a silent green, where your children will find space to play freely.
All apartments have air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, telephone, safe and private parking with night service. The “Junior Family Depandance” will offer you a familiar and restful environment. Beach umbrellas rental service is available from May to September.
Junior Family SEAFRONT EURO
Each apartment (studio apartment with 3/4 beds) consists of a double bed, kitchenette (with microwave oven), living room with sofa bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer, terrace facing the sea. Each apartment has a garage, telephone, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating. In addition to the convenience of direct access to the private beach, the most beautiful memory that you will bring home, will be that of the unforgettable sea view, which you can enjoy while comfortably sitting on your terrace.

Junior Family ROSE
Guests of the Junior Family Rose will appreciate the convenience of being able to stay just twenty meters from the beach, in bright, completely renovated apartments with a private garden on the ground floor, or a terrace on the first floor.
All apartments are equipped to accommodate 4 people, with a double bedroom and a single bedroom with a fourth pull-out bed, bathroom and kitchen with living room. They are also equipped with telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, parking, heating and air conditioning.
