Team Building – galline edition
È da un po’ che lo pianificavamo e finalmente ce l’abbiamo fatta: un bel week end assieme allo staff della reception per raccontarci com’è andata la stagione estiva, per riordinare le idee e trovare nuovi spunti per la prossima primavera, ma anche un momento di svago e di relax per ridere tutte assieme e ricaricare le energie!
La nostra destinazione si trovava a Piombino Dese, ad un’oretta di distanza da Cavallino Treporti, pochi chilometri che ci hanno però catapultato in un’atmosfera completamente diversa, un agriturismo che si chiama Ca’ de Memi.
Ca’ de Memi è un’azienda agricola, una bottega, un ristorante ma soprattutto una grande casa accogliente dove le galline, che vengono allevate all’aperto nei campi vicini (21 razze diverse fra galline rare venete, anatre, oche, e tacchini) sono le protagoniste delle decorazioni fra quadri, vasetti e disegni ma anche della cucina!
Ed è proprio da qui che abbiamo iniziato la nostra avventura: sedute a tavola assieme ad una buona bottiglia di vino e a dei piatti deliziosi prepararti dalla chef Michela che per il menù utilizza principalmente i prodotti dell’azienda agricola.
Fra antipasti, risotti, dolcetti e tante risate la serata è volata e i cuscini delle camere da letto dei piani superiori ci stavano aspettando per coccolarci.
Dopo poche ore, l’inevitabile canto del gallo, ci ha ricordato che era tempo di alzarci per gustare una bella colazione.
Michela ci ha poi accompagnate a visitare l’azienda agricola facendoci scoprire la storia della loro famiglia e da dove nasce la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro. Ultima ed immancabile tappa, la loro bottega dove abbiamo acquistato i prodotti realizzati con le loro farine, le uova e le confetture preparate con la frutta e gli ortaggi del loro orto.
Oltre a questi deliziosi souvenir ci siamo portate a casa tante emozioni e sensazioni da trasformare in nuove idee e progetti per la nostra Junior Family!

Children’s activities
The 2020 children’s events have been suspended until further notice.
Since 2019 Junior Family Resort – Hotel & Apartments has an intense activities program for it’s younger guests. Workshops, kids club, and evening activities ledgy a team of professionals that we have chosen for their ethics and philosophy of life.
The program is available at the reception desk where you will be also able to sign your children up for some of the workshops.
COOKING WORKSHOPS
Elena is the CEO and owner of Il mondo di Bu By wanting to spend more quality time with her daughter she managed to turn her passion into her job and to share it with more children and their parents. Elena leads her workshops all around Italy and you can also spot her on TV on the QVC channel.
The cooking workshops take place in the afternoon once a week at the spacious Junior Family Hotel terrace. Cakes, pizzas, cookies, fruit decorations are alla made from scratch and you will take all the creations home for you afternoon snack. You will be amazed how well they can cook!
LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Pedagogical workshops are offered, in which the children learn thanks to the Limosa Association to recognize the environment as a web of experience, in which the actions of all knowledge are combined.
FUN GAMES
Clown Nuvoletta and Semola will awaken your kid’s enthusiasm for forgotten games. Take the opportunity to disconnect from the internet and enjoy an evening just playing games together. This fun activity takes place a few evening per month at the Junior Family Hotel’s backyard garden.
Children and adults can play with traditional wooden games, board games, logical-mathematical games, movement games, thinking games, pinball machines and many others.
KIDS’ CLUB
Our kids’ club led by girls from Non Solo Tata is a kids’ activities program that takes place three times a week in the afternoon (weekdays only) by the Junior Family Hotel’s swimming pool. Take this opportunity to chill out for two hours while your children get to play with other children from different nationalities.
Among the different activities there are treasure hunts, art workshops, baloon art and games by the pool. The activities are led by multilingual staff.
